Metin Bonfil is the founder of Total Finans. A graduate of Vassar College, NY, he has degrees in Economics and Mathematics. In Turkey, Metin has had extensive experience in commercial banking and investment banking. Metin served as a credit officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. for 3 years, followed by 7 years of professional experience at Tekstil Bank A.S. as Assistant General Manager in charge of credit and marketing. He then moved to investment banking in 1993 and became a partner and the managing director of a securities firm. In 1996, he established Total Finans to serve as an intermediary in M&A transactions.

Nese Yet has a degree in Economics from University of Political Science in Ankara, and an MBA from Universty of Strathclyde. As a part of the initial group of corporate finance managers at the Capital Markets Board in Ankara, Nes’e has helped shape the regulatory infrastructure of the Turkish capital markets during her 10 year tenure. She followed on to head the Capital Markets operations of a large media group in Turkey during the next 5 years. She has been with Total Finans since 1997 in charge of IPO advisory services.

Marta Guicciardini is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. After more than a decade of investment banking career in J.P. Morgan and Citibank, she joined Total Finans in 2004. Marta brings a wealth of experience in privatizations, corporate finance and NPLs. She has extensive knowledge of the Middle East and the Mediterrianean countries

Esin Ozcelik holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University, Ankara. She received her M.B.A. degree from IAL Consortium of International Business Studies, Italy-Clemson University, U.S.A. In 1995 she started her career in equity research and worked for various brokerage houses including Finans Yatırım and Caspian Securities. Since 1999, after joining Raymond James Securities as a Director, Esin has concentrated on corporate finance. In Total Finans she is responsible for business development, origination and execution of corporate finance deals. 

 
Emrah Boyacı after his graduation from Pamukkale University mechanical engineering depatment, he pursued an MBA degree in Koç University. He is a member of Total Finans since August 2004 as a financial analyst, covering insurance, retail, energy and healthcare sectors.
